Cost to You
My fees are paid for by the sellers. Sellers pay a percentage of the proceeds from the sale of their home to both the buyer's agent and to the listing agent in the form of a commission. Both the buyer's agent and the listing agent typically share a portion of the commission with their brokerage firm. Typical up front buyer’s costs include down payment, inspections, and closing costs.
